최근 github 리포지터리의 내부 코드 변경이 이루어지면서 mmgp관련 버전 이슈가 생겼음
pip install mmgp==3.5.7
다음과 같이 종속성을 설치해준다. sage-attention을 사용하면 무려 40%나 속도를 개선할 수 있다고 한다.
python wgp.py # Text-to-video (default)
python wgp.py --i2v # Image-to-video
위와 같은 명령어로 실행할 수 있다.
pip install "huggingface_hub[cli]"
huggingface-cli download Wan-AI/Wan2.1-T2V-1.3B --local-dir ./Wan2.1-T2V-1.3B
를 실행 후
python wgp.py를 실행하면
다음과 같이 gradioweb UI가 뜨게 된다.
